Esta serie de dibujos continúa mi investigación sobre la memoria colectiva a través de los objetos, centrándose esta vez en la figura del muñeco. Abordo las piezas de manera individual, tratándolas con la solemnidad y la psicología de un retrato humano.

El soporte negro funciona como el espacio del olvido y el vacío. Al hacer que cada personaje emerja de esa oscuridad, los retratos actúan como un acto de rescate: una forma de fijar y sacar a la luz los afectos, las identidades y los silencios que habitan en los objetos de nuestra infancia.

This series of drawings continues my investigation into collective memory through objects, focusing this time on the figure of the doll/toy. I approach the pieces individually, treating them with the solemnity and psychology of a human portrait.

The black background functions as a space of oblivion and emptiness. By having each character emerge from that darkness, the portraits act as an act of rescue: a way to fix and bring to light the affections, identities, and silences that inhabit the objects of our childhood.
